As Black Friday and Cyber Monday come closer day by day, we can’t forget what comes before: Thanksgiving. While this holiday is coming up, we can start expressing how thankful we are, even if it’s not November 22.
Here are five of the many things to be thankful for:
Without family, we wouldn’t be where we are today. It’s the love, moral support, and memories that they make with us that help us move forward. They’ve seen us grown since we were young, whether they’re related to us by blood or it’s our adoptive family.
Friends – we can meet them anywhere and everywhere. They’re people to hang out with when no one else is there, and their presence is needed. When you have a whole group of friends in a friend circle, it almost feels like a party each time you all meet.
The sun rises and sets every day. Whether we’re night owls or early birds, we can all be grateful for having our daily dose of sunshine. The natural source of light is something that can make us all smile, whether we realize it or not.
Smiles express our joy, happiness, and other positive emotions. It helps us connect with others and helps us relieve stress. It’s contagious, and a great way to spread good vibes.
Life isn’t one that many people think of at first, but life is one that I think we should all be thankful for. It’s the life that gives us the opportunity to live, and it’s what helps us find our purpose and passion that makes living our lives worth it.
